Terms of use

This website is operated by High Class Car Sales, a vehicle dealership at 14 Brailsford Crescent, Hillside, Harare. Every vehicle advertised here is owned by us and sold by us. This is not a marketplace: there are no third-party sellers, and no member of the public can create a listing on this site.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to buy a vehicle from us, to sell one to us, or to place a reservation deposit. When you enquire, submit a vehicle for us to buy, or request an import, please give us accurate and complete information — our valuation and our quote both depend on it.

• We describe our vehicles as accurately as we can, and the photographs are of the actual vehicle rather than a stock image of the model.
• Specifications, mileage and condition notes are provided in good faith. We encourage you to inspect a vehicle, and to have it inspected independently, before you buy.
• Prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of registration and licensing costs unless we state otherwise. Any amount shown in another currency is indicative only.
• Stock moves quickly. A vehicle appearing on this site is not a guarantee that it is still available, and we may correct an error in a price or a specification.
• Where a finance estimate is shown it is indicative, is not an offer of credit, and is not a quotation.

• A reservation deposit holds a vehicle in your name for the period stated at the time you pay it. The deposit is applied to the purchase price.
• The specific terms of a reservation — the length of the hold and the circumstances in which the deposit is refunded — are set out to you in writing before you pay, and those terms govern that reservation.
• A deposit reserves a vehicle. It is not the completed sale: ownership passes on settlement of the balance and completion of the change of ownership.
• The balance is settled in branch or by bank transfer against an invoice we issue. We do not ask for payment to any account other than the one named on that invoice, and we will never ask you to redirect a payment by email.

When using this site you must not:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information in any enquiry or form.
• Upload harmful software, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Copy our vehicle photographs, descriptions or branding for use elsewhere without our permission.
• Harvest contact details or vehicle data from the site by automated means.
• Impersonate us, or represent yourself as acting on our behalf.

We stand behind the vehicles we sell and the descriptions we publish of them, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under Zimbabwean consumer law or excludes our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

What we cannot do is guarantee that this website is always available or entirely free of error, or accept responsibility for content on sites we link to. Where a vehicle is sold used, it is sold in the condition in which you inspect it, and any warranty or guarantee is only the one we give you in writing as part of the sale.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you use the site is the version that applies. The terms of a reservation you have already paid are not changed by a later update to this page.
